Passing Judgement

I've been sleeping with the enemy....

Metaphorically of coz.
After battling for ade-rights for a period of more than 6 months, I'm finally being given the chance to do something closer to heart.. and interest =D

The downside is, my supervisor is now the person whom I've heard so many notorious stories about. All negative stories mind you. Horrible, back stabbing, arrow shooting stories. All labelled with a "Caution, Enter at your own risk." or "Self-protection required." Now, thinking back, I'm really rather surprised and I must say, I really need to applaud myself for mustering up enough courage to take the plunge and say "Yes, I do." to the opportunity.

An even bigger surprise is that the 'enemy' turned out to be rather nice. Not as all as horrid as she's been portrayed. In fact, its rather the contrary.

Ahh... so it is indeed its human nature to judge and to stereotype.

The interaction of people and the relationships they build are so intricate that it really cannot be summarised by a few biased statements. Besides, who the person is to you, should be based on your own experience of the person. Not based on other's comments. Not even collective remarks.

And always, if possible, try abit of forgiving and forgetting.
