A Little Bit of Confusing
I've always wished that my resignation would be a simple matter. Type a letter, pass it to my boss and she'll accept it, all smiles and best wishes. But boy was I wrong.
I never intended to make it into such a dramatic affair. Yet, I'm partly pleased that I am at least valued in my bosses' eyes.
Now I'm caught in a dillema.
Should I stay, if they promised to give me the jobscope and focus that I want. An area in which I would very much love to develop in. Keep all the brownie points I've been cumulating for two years.
Or should I go, whereby I can still learn about the stuff I want, packaged together with pay increment and a promotion?
I wished some decisions would be a simple A, B, C. Simple black and white where I can choose with security.
Well.... I wish..
But at the moment, amidst all the chaos, I'm happy.
Happy I'm appreciated.
I'm excited too. For this mess seemingly opened up several windows of opportunities.
Who says there's not sunshine after the storm? I'll prove there's a rainbow to boot.
