Kingdom of Heaven
Watched Kingdom of Heaven today. Its kinda disappointing as my expectations of it is much higher. The story is good. I especially like the part where this Saladin, the Muslim King, he was walking in the Jerusalem palace after conquering it and he picked up a Christian cross and set it properly on the table. Wow! Religious acceptance.
Amidst the theme about religion and religion harmony, I really don't see why the people are so intent on claiming ownership of the holy land. I mean, they don't do anything but own it. Not like they own it and will destroy other religions. (must be men and their egos ^-^)
Orlando Bloom's acting is quite flat. He seemed to bring over his character portrayal of Legolas. Ridley Scott should have just thrown him off the heli in Black Hawk Down for good. HAHA. ok I', being mean. Not really good acting but he does look quite good after he beefed up. No longer so thin. He looks more manly and ya.. muscular (i can almost hear cx, alvin call mi se4).
All in all, the story is nice. Hee.. but for all the acting, I'll just give it 3 stars.
