- Standing upright with shoulders, hips and ankles aligned, life your pubic bone up in front to level your pelvis, so your spine is in a neutral, tension-free position.
- Lean slightly forward from the ankles, not the waist.
- As you run, bend your elbows at a 90 degree angle and drive them to the rear; shoulders stay down and relaxed.
- Your feet move in a forward circular motion, allowing you to land evenly on your foot.
