Honey, I'm going to walk the baby

Was taking a walk at Vivo today when I came across a couple of interesting sights.

Two families apparently resorted to leashing their toddler! Definitely not a first I've seen. But the cute thing about this is, the leash is actually modelled after cute stuffed animals! The ones I saw were a teddy bear and a koala.

Kids nowadays, are they becoming increasingly notorious? Or are parents just taking the easy way out. No more chasing after their children and keeping them off the shelves when just a simple tug would suffice.
